Description: This is a nice CRP property located in the SE quadrant of Swisher County Texas. There are 398.44 acres enrolled. The annual payment is $13,948.00, and the contract expires on 9/30/2020. The remaining 81.56+/- acres consist of mostly playa lake bottom and other grass. The grass is in good condition and would make an excellent cattle place after the CRP expires. While there is a large playa lake bottom, it also provides excellent grazing for cattle. An older house and outbuildings are located on the east side. There is a good domestic well here to supply cattle/domestic use water. A windmill is located near the SW part in unknown condition, but believed to be a good hole.
