Topography: The south third of the ranch is flat. The middle third is rolling with shallow draws and numerous ponds.
Rainfall/Elevation: The ranch averages 25 inches of rain per year and has an elevation change on the south of 1810 ft, dropping to 1640 ft at the river on the north.
Cover: Native grasses include side oats, bluestem, Indian, buffalo, curly mesquite, native coastal, Texas winter, and numerous other types of grass.
