The Charles Finley Trust
The Charles R Finley Trust Auction will offer 95 +/- taxable acres and will be auctioned as 2 separate tracts and not combined. Both tracts are located south of the N 1550 East Rd and E 4000 North Rd intersection, 1 mile south of Hoopeston, Illinois. Tract 1 is 40 +/- acres with mostly tillable acres while Tract 2 is 55 +/- acres with the Vermilion River running through the farm. There are no improvements and open tenancy for 2025.
The tracts will be offered at a live, in-person auction at The Legion, 502 E Penn Steet, Hoopeston, IL, on November 18th, 1:00 PM. Remote Bidding will be available at our website or through First Mid Ag Services mobile app.

Take IL Route 9 or IL Route 1 to the eastern village of Hoopeston Illinois near the Indiana line.
Proceed easterly through town until you get to the road between the High School and the Hospital which is 1550N. Go south 1 mile to the farm. It begins on the right (west) side of the road at the corner. This is Tract 2 and contains the timber/Vermilion River as well as two cropland tracts. Approximately 1/8 mile south on the east side of the road is Tract #1 (40 acres). This tract is basically all tillable.
