Tract 1 is 40 +/- acres with mostly tillable acres while Tract 2 is 55 +/- acres with the Vermilion River running through the farm. There are no improvements and open tenancy for 2025.

Proceed easterly through town until you get to the road between the High School and the Hospital which is 1550N. Go south 1 mile to the farm. It begins on the right (west) side of the road at the corner. This is Tract 2 and contains the timber/Vermilion River as well as two cropland tracts. Approximately 1/8 mile south on the east side of the road is Tract #1 (40 acres). This tract is basically all tillable.
