About George Peake

George Peake joined F&W Forestry Services in 2018 as an associate broker. He has a BS degree in Animal Science from Auburn University. He has been active in acquisition, sales and management of forest and agricultural lands for 45 years as an investor with Georgia Timberlands, Inc, Tolleson Land Investment Properties, and Windy Hill Farms. Through these companies, Peake coordinated the acquisition and sale of over $100 million in rural assets throughout the southeastern United States. He also used his training and expertise in land management to advise clients as to Best Management Practices for their timber and agricultural properties. In 2009, Peake obtained his Georgia Real Estate License, and worked as a sales person with Fickling and Co, Inc as their Land and Timber Specialist. He obtained his brokers license in 2013, starting his own real estate company - Green Gold Realty, LLC - and is now a licensed broker in several southeastern states. He is a life-time member of the GA Association of Realtors' Million Dollar Club. In addition to his passion for assisting clients with all their rural real estate concerns, Peake also displays his interest in the broader community through his involvement with local and international service organizations, such as Living Water International, Perry Volunteer Organization, and the Rotary Club of Perry, GA, where he currently serves as President. He is the proud father of 6 children and 10 grandchildren.
