A long time ago my brother Billy and I had a conversation about how we would rather have the right 40 acres to hunt over the wrong 400 acres to hunt. Many years later that still holds true, and I dont think that is in any way wrong. I have hunted 1,000-acre parcels and harvested Boone and Crocket deer and I have hunted 20 acre parcels and harvested Boone and Crocket deer. The only consistent thing about all of that is that I was hunting on the right property and not the wrong property. There are 100 things you could look at when looking at a property and things can get very convoluted. Well, on this particular property in Franklin County, Kansas if you look at the aerials and the trail camera history, this is without a doubt not only the right spot but is also The Perfect Spot!
