Six miles northwest of The Timbers is the Royal Springs on the Suwannee River. Royal Springs Park is a 5 acre County park located in the Suwannee Belle Estates, near OBrien, FL. The large spring boil is popular spot for swimmers and divers. There are four overlook decks located around the spring and rivers edge as well as many picnic tables and open grassy areas to play. The park also features a very nice one lane, concrete boat ramp. There are also portable restrooms available at this park.

The Timbers - Estate 36 is located on the corner of two county maintained dirt roads. Electricity is available to the front fo the property and the lot is wooded in pines, oaks, and other hardwoods. There is no requirement or timetable to build. Mobile homes and modular homes are permitted. Farm animals are allowed.

There are NO DEED RESTRICTIONS, but you must follow the building codes of Suwannee County when do decide to build.
