Timberland

UC 010-17 is a 388 acre timber tract located 26 miles from Petersburg on Hwy 1 with 2.4 miles of State road frontage. This tract lays rolling with Waqua Creek flowing through it and Big Branch with a 23 acre beaver pond on the Southern boundary of this tract. The timber is primarily planted Loblolly Pine with 65 acres of 1996, 71 acres of 1999, 33 acres of 2009, 70 acres of 2014 planted pine and 65 acres of Hardwood bottom land.
