Timberland near Fox, OR

69.71 deeded acres of timberland located about 6 miles south of Fox, OR. It is located right along Hwy 395 N and joins Forest Service land. Beech Creek runs along the edge of the property following Hwy 395. This property is mostly covered with timber. Owner says it was thinned in the 1990's. At one time the owners had a small cabin. Grant County has said they will not allow a dwelling to be built on the property. It would still make a great place to camp to vacation or hunt. This is a real nice area for elk and deer.
