Upper Boulder Main Block

The 1,399 acre Upper Boulder Main Block is part of the MFI Investments tree farm portfolio of 10 tracts being offered in June 11, 2025 Sealed Bid Auction. There are 443 acres of merch timber, 932 acres of reproduction planted in 2021-2023, and 6 acres of 25 -29 year old pre merch. 92% of the timber can be harvested using a ground-based system. The tract has excellent access to Highway 22 from a combination of paved USFS Road 2231 (Boulder Ridge Road) and logging road system.
