Facility stats: 12 5 x 10 units, 600 square feet 51 10 x 10 units, 5,100 square feet 42 10 x 15 units, 6,300 square feet 51 10 x 20 units, 10,200 square feet 24 RV/boat covered parking spots, 40 deep x 12 wide x 14 high, 11,520 square feet (covered) Total square feet (mini-storage buildings): 22,200 50 new LED lights that are on nightly from dusk-to-dawn 20 HD security cameras monitor the facility 24/7 The two original mini-storage buildings (units A & B) were constructed approximately 12-13 years ago, and the five new mini-storage buildings (C G) and the parking structure (P) were built in early 2022 and opened up in April 2022. Buildings A & B were renovated prior to the new buildings being constructed, with updated latches, tracks, and rollers where needed, as well as a fresh coat of paint to match the new buildings. A new LiftMaster gate controller & motor, new 30-ft custom-built gate, and new PDK keypad were installed in October 2022 Various fence repairs (new heavy-duty poles, new chain-link to repair damaged portions, and new privacy mesh material) were also completed when the new gate was installed. PDK keypad directly interfaces with the Easy Storage Solutions software, so that customers who are delinquent on their accounts are not allowed into the facility.
