Waterfront 170 acres on the Little Dead River less than 7 miles north of Ishpeming in the Upper Peninsula's Marquette County. This is really interesting property loaded with a variety of pine including some old growth White Pine and huge Jack Pine. Access is via County Road 573 aka Deer Lake Road which is paved. Then an easement road for a few hundred yards into the property. This is likely recreation property but could be year round with some improvement to the existing woods road as the owner has driven a truck on this trail in previous years. There is another 200 acres contiguous with access on a different road system if you need more acreage.
