To bid on this item a deposit of $12,000 shall be required. The balance of the sale price is due within five (5) business days of the Notice of Award of being the successful bidder. Closing on the sale of the property must be held within sixty (60) days of award or the deposit will be forfeited. The closing will be done by mail or in person at Miami-Dade County Internal Services Department, Real Estate Development Division, 111 NW 1 Street, Suite 2460, Miami, FL 33128-1994.
Buyers Premium: A buyers premium of 7.0% will be added to the final sale price.
Purchaser shall assume the full cost of the documentary stamps and surtax on the transfer of title to the property, recording fees and a proportionate share of the real estate taxes/special assessments due in the year of the closing. Additional terms and conditions can be found on the auction site.
