Ward-Hogg Tract

This small tract is located between Jefferson and Linden and just west of Hwy 59. It has a deeded easement for 0.1 miles. With 60 feet of elevation change, it has two potential pond locations. Trees consist of a young pine plantation that is fully stocked along with older hardwoods along the drains. Driving directions beginning at the intersection of Hwy 59 and Hwy 155 in Linden TX. Travel south on Hwy 59 for 4.5 miles and turn right/west onto CR 1635. Travel south on 1635 for 1.5 to CR 1619. Travel south on CR 1619 for 1.0 miles and turn right/west onto CR 1607. Travel west for 0.2 miles to a red gate on the left/south side of CR 1607. Travel south on the gravel road for 0.1 miles to the northeast corner of the property.
