The ranch consists of 160 fenced acres, a 2,200 sqft home, 2 separate detached garages, a large horse barn, 2 foaling pens, a stud stall, 5 corrals, a large hay barn, a shoeing stock, a green house, a chicken coop and garden area. 2 wells; 1 shallow well creek fed for irrigation and livestock, and a 2nd deep well for the home.
