Wegman Ranch

This is a multi use piece of land located within the city limits of Wichita Falls, fronting the north side of Seymour Highway and the west side of Turtle Creek Road in the northwest portion of Wichita Falls. Historically known as the Wegman Stables and currently being utilized as a horse boarding facility. The land is nearly all wooded with a few scattered open areas, consisting mostly of mesquite with few other variety of trees located along a seasonal creek.

The topography is level to rolling with several vantage points offering great views. Surface water consist of one stock pond. There is ample room for construction of new ponds if desired. Through out the property is great trail system which allows for good access throughout. The entire boundary is fenced for livestock.
