West Fork & East Fork Ranches

The West Fork and East Fork Ranches are 20,340.89 acres in beautiful Peeples Valley. These are two iconic Arizona ranches spanning 11,970 deeded acres plus state and BLM. They have abundant water to irrigate 340 acres, sub-irrigated meadows and miles of highway frontage. They are not making any more land like these two historic reputation ranches have.

The West Fork and East Fork Ranches encompass nearly all of Peeples Valley which is the headwaters of Kirkland Creek. The south end of the ranches run around the town of Yarnell in the Weaver Mountains. Miller Creek, Model Creek, Poplar Wash and Kirkland Creek are the main drainages on the ranch with parts having water most times of the year and allowing for sub-irrigated meadows.
