This farm has 13 irrigation wells with 11 being used to supply 1,100 GPM to two pivots at a time. The center pivot systems consist of two Valleys, two Zimmatics, one Lockwood and one T & L. All the pivots range in age from approximately 12 to 20 years (the pivots are in very good condition according to the tenant). The farm is completely connected with underground pipeline to the wells and sprinklers and all the wells are on electricity. There is a wood-frame white stucco home with two bedrooms, one bath, central heating and air conditioning, dark brown metal roof, dark brown trim and in good condition, a 30X40 Star built metal frame barn and pipe-rail corrals with approximately 350 of concrete feed bunks and pens approximately 270X350. A domestic well equipped with a submersible electric motor and pump supplies water to the house and pens. Excellent soils complete this farm with over 96% being very productive Pullman type.
