Whitehouse Creek Tract is located approximately 10 minutes north of Spanish For, Alabama. It is within 15 miles of downtown Mobile and is convenient to both I-10 and I-65. Access to the property is granted from Highway 225 as well as Johnson Cemetery Road. A well-kept network of internal roads provides access throughout the tract.

The property consists of a mixture of merchantable pine plantations and natural pine & hardwoods that provide a diverse habitat for wildlife.
