The farm operates on city water that has a 3 inch main trunk line run through the farm, a 2 inch line runs to each set of houses. The farm has two diesel generators. There is natural gas on the farm. Mortality is disposed of through composting. There are two litter barns on the farm. This farm has a potential for litter income also. Projected gross annual income will be around $250,000 (based on individual performance)
