The ranch is situated at the headwaters of the South Fork of the South Platte where the confluence of Rough and Tumble Creek joins with 12-Mile Creek and Sheep Creek. The 4 stocked lakes are teeming with Kamloop rainbow trout, Snake River cutthroat, German brown trout and brook trout. The ranch enjoys expansive views of the snow-capped peaks of the Mosquito and Tenmile Mountain Ranges.
