This is nice family owned undeveloped farm that has multiple potential uses. Historically it has been used to raise crops and livestock. There are approximately 75 acres of good tillable land that can grow just about anything. The land is divided by a waterway that has a nice pond on it and plenty of water shed for a nice small lake. When the pond was dug they had plans to dig a much larger pond and hit water at 16 feet and it stopped the project and they never finished. This property is located just South of Shive, Tx. A very friendly and popular area of Hamilton County. Shive was established around 1870 and was once a thriving town with several businesses. It currently has only a few residents, a volunteer fire department, the St Paul Lutheran church and Hamilton County Precinct barn all located within a mile of the property. It is a very peaceful, proud community that would be a great place to live.
Hamilton is approximately 15 miles away, a town of 3000 people that offers most amenities of a city and a lot fewer problems.
