This sale offering is for a 351 /- pistachio orchard in Yolo County, California near the city of Woodland.
The entire property is planted to Kerman variety pistachios on UCB-1 rootstock that were budded in 2015.
The property has excellent water deriving from two (2) sources. The property has three (3) wells that combined will produce over 4,500 gallons per minute. The newest well was drilled in 2016 and test pumped over 3,000 gallons per minute and is designed to deliver 2,400 gallons per minute at 45 psi. All of the wells have brand new electric motors, new pressure bowles and new VFD panels. In addition to the ground water, the property is in the Yolo Flood Control District and was allotted a full water year for 2016. All irrigation water is delivered to the orchard by an R5 micro sprinkler system and a double line drip system.
