This tract is located about 8 miles south of Mount Ida, about 3 miles northeast of Norman, just east of Crystal Park Road.

The property consists of 100+/- acres of mostly hardwood and some scattered pine. This contiguous tract is very rugged with spring fed Montgomery Creek traversing the western 1/3. Crystal Rec. Area and Collier Spring Rec. Area are within 5 miles. The Ouachita National Forest is adjacent to the west, east, and part of the north. The area is well known for deer and turkey populations. There are no buildings, fencing, or other improvements.
