Poyen Highway 229 Tract (#4209) is located one mile north of Poyen, Arkansas. Access is excellent with over one half mile of Highway 229 frontage. Terrain is flat to gently rolling. Timber consists of stands of good quality pine and hardwood sawtimber. Soils consist of silt loams and fine sandy loams with a high site index for loblolly pine ranging from 90 feet to 100 feet on fifty year base.
