The Ogemaw North Tract is +/-170 acres with a great blend of upland pine plantations and bottomland, offering a great hunting and timber investment property. The tract has about 50 acres of upland pine with two plantation ages (1987 & 1993), and about 120 acres of bottomland which consists of large oak and gum timber, and areas of natural regeneration. Deer, turkey and wild hogs were all seen while inspecting the property. A network of woods roads and trails gets you to all the right hunting spots. The variety of timber stands, and perennial Cypress Creek offer great diversity for wildlife species. The standing timber can provide some near term and long term investment return to your investment.
