Soils consist of Guyton silt loam with site index for loblolly averaging 85 feet (base age 50). Contains 20 acres, more or less. Tract contains a well-stocked, unthinned 1995 pine plantation. Access is by woods road along old tram from Highway 76. A branch of Sanders Creek passes through tract.
