This 160 Acre farm screams typical KS hunting farm!!! Rough pasture with brush & mature trees, deep draw, pond and 32 +/- Acres of good tillable type II soils. I saw a nice bunch of bachelor Toms while photographing the property. Neighboring farms are managed from whitetails. I'm going to bet that if you're in a deer stand on a frosty November morning you're goin to see steam coming out of a panting, rutting bucks chasing does on the farm.
