Location: The property is described as Part of the SW of SE, Section 14, Township 11 South, Range 24 West, more particularly described as follows, to-wit; Commence at the SW corner of the said SW of SE, the POINT OF BEGINNING (POB); Run thence East 886 ft.; Run thence North 1309 ft.; Run thence West 894 ft.; Run thence South 1296 ft. back to the POB, containing a total of 26.7 acres, more or less, plus .81 acres of deeded right-of-way, Hempstead County, Arkansas. Tract Description: The Reid Clark tract is located about eight (8) miles north of Hope near the DeAnn Community. Access is by deeded right-of-way from Highway 332. Soils are fine sandy loam with loblolly site index of 80 feet (base age 50 years). Terrain is gently rolling.

Merchantable Timber: Kingwood performed a 10.86 percent cruise (one plot per acre) of merchantable timber, with three (3) cruise lines running north and south. Based on the inventory conducted by Kingwood Forestry Services in October, 2013, estimated tree counts and volumes are as follows:

White Oak Sawtimber: 64 Trees; 12,000 BF; 100 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 377 Trees; 53 Cords; 142 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood: 1,188 Trees; 177 Cords; 530 Tons
