Loblolly pine plantations include the following: Approximately 66 acres in a 1989 plantation, 19 acres in 2002 plantation, 28 acres in 2003 plantation and 76 acres in a 2005 plantation. The residual acreage includes steeper terrain in North and Western part of tract that contains native pine and hardwood. The seller will provide a shared easement to the West Tract from Hwy. 240. The seller will also reserve a 50’ easement along existing road across Narrows West to access adjoining timberlands.
