The Galland Farm is very diverse, featuring a pasture landscape, wooded areas, bottom land, a creek, and an approximately three-acre fishing lake. The land is made up of approximately 20% pasture and 75% hardwood. Approximately 50% of the property is located in Zone A floodplain. A rifle and pistol range are in place as well. Wildlife Habitat

A branch of Duck Creek traverses the back half of the property. It does get out of its banks during heavy rain and spills into the flood zone area. The two-story country home overlooks a private fishing lake and offers 2075 square feet of heated and cooled living space, featuring three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The spacious family room features a wood-burning fireplace, a vaulted ceiling, and a spectacular view of the private lake through the wall of windows along the back of the house. The primary suite is also quite roomy, with a sitting area and a view of the lake. The two guest rooms are upstairs and share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The country kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of counter space and an island. The breakfast room overlooks the private lake, while the formal dining room is toward the front of the house. A nice utility room has a stainless steel sink and drip hanging area.

Outbuilding

The outbuilding is a 40 x 60-foot steel building with a two-bedroom apartment and a covered front porch. Behind the living quarters is the shop and equipment storage area.
