The Mosley Road Tract (#4509) is located six (6) miles northwest of Arkadelphia and further described as: Part of NE of NW, Section 34, Township 6 South, Range 20 West, Clark County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Assessor lists 14.4 acres; deed calls for 14.51 acres. Access to the tract is 30 feet wide deeded easement along woods road from Mosley Road. Timber consists of mature pine and hardwood. Loblolly pine site index averages 80 feet (base age 50 years) on Bonnerdale fine sandy loam soils. Homesite potential. Gently rolling terrain. Little DeGray Creek crosses the tract.

Kingwood Forestry conducted a variable radius (10 BAF prism) inventory of merchantable timber (one point / acre) with cruise lines running east and west. Based on the inventory conducted in March, 2013, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber: 244 Trees; 63,700 Board Feet; 429 Tons

Oak Sawtimber: 49 Trees; 3,900 Board Feet; 38 Tons

Gum & Misc. Sawtimber: 19 Trees; 2,000 Board Feet; 14 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 97 Trees; 20 Cords; 54 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood: 935 Trees; 125 Cords; 375 Tons
