Timber primarily consists of 1998 pine plantation ready for thinning. Access is via woods road from gated Wild Hog Road. Lock on gate opens with combo 5-7-5-7. Terrain is rolling. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per 2 acres) in May, 2018. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes* are as follows:

Timber consists of 1998 plantation that has been thinned once. Access is from the south via Wild Hog Road. Terrain is gently rolling. Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber (one plot/point per 2 acres) in May, 2018. Based on the inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes* are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber: 682 Trees; 31,586 BF; 317 Tons

Pine CNS: 262 Trees; 5,740 BF; 69 Tons

Oak Sawtimber: 14 Trees; 979 BF; 8 Tons

Hardwood Sawtimber: 9 Trees; 1,943 BF; 13 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 3,002 Trees; 635 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood: 370 Trees; 61 Tons
