BASIC INFO: Property is located 11 miles west of Anthony, KS on Hwy 2, then south 3 miles on SW 120th Ave. and west 1/2 mile. Property has new cross fences, splitting it into 6 grazing areas, as well as 5 water wells. Three of the wells have windmills, one has a solar pump and the fifth well has a 16" casing with a 350 gallon per minute pump used to fill an 80,000 barrel pit pond that is used for selling water.
