The Clark County 40 and Ouachita County 20 Tracts will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, June 19, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. Bids may be submitted for either or both tracts.

The Clark County 40 Tract (Listing #4756) is located three (3) miles east of Gurdon and is described as NW of NW, Section 31, Township 9 South, Range 19 West, containing 40 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas. Timber consists of native, mature pine and hardwood. Access is woods road across adjoining landowner to southwest corner. Bear Creek along east property line. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on silt loam and fine sandy loam soils. Based on Kingwoods February, 2020 inventory, estimated tree counts & timber volumes are as follows*:
