The Martin Creek Tract is located about two (2) miles south of Princeton. Access is woods roads from a gated (Weyerhaeuser) gravel road. Terrain is primarily flat; Martin Creek and few other creeks cross the tract. Pine site index averages ninety (90) feet (base age 50) on Guyton, Pheba-Savannah, Smithton-Pheba, and Amy silt soils. Timber consists of native pine and hardwood. Hardwood areas have recently be thinned. Tract offers great hunting / recreation and timberland investment opportunities.
