5061 - Saline River

The Saline River Tract (Listing #5061) is 21.5 acres described as Part of NW of SE, Part of SW of NE, Section 9, Township 4 South, Range 15 West, containing a total of 21.5 parcel card acres, more or less, Grant County, Arkansas (see maps).

Tract is located about four and one-half (4) miles north of Poyen, Arkansas. Access is gated woods road via Highway 229. Terrain is relatively flat. Timber consists of native hardwood. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages ninety-two (92) feet on silt and fine sandy loam soils. Property is great for hunting / recreation and fishing with frontage on the Saline River.

This tract is a hunters paradise with multiple types of hunting game and lots of fishing spots on the river.
