The SL #4 Tract is located approximately thirteen (13) miles southwest of Arkadelphia and seven (7) miles northwest of Intersate 30 (Okolona exit), and is described as SW of NE, E of NW, NE of SW, Section 8, Township 8 South, Range 21 West, containing a total of 160 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas.

Merchantable timber consists of 29 acres of bottomland hardwood / pine and 49 acres of unthinned 1997 loblolly pine plantation. Premerchantable timber consists of 37 acres of 2021 loblolly pine plantation and 31 acres of 2024 loblolly pine plantation.
