Access is woods road from gravel County Road 46. Terrain is gently rolling. Timber consists of 2006 unthinned pine plantation, ready to thin with multiple wood products. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-eight (88) feet on Rosalie Loamy fine sand and fine sandy loam soils. Tract offers immediate timber income and hunting / recreation opportunities.
