Abundant wildlife includes quail, deer, hogs, and varmints. The property is generally rolling with winding wet-weather creeks and varied canyons and bottom land. Plentiful native grasses, as well as mesquite, and hardwood trees provide ample cover for wildlife. Scattered throughout are quail feeders, deer blinds and feeders. Multiple live and standing water sources provide water for wildlife and cattle. There are five earthen tanks (some stocked with fish). The ranch has good to excellent perimeter fencing. Make your way across the ranch on existing dirt roads or create new roads for ATV adventures.
