Boulder Pines Tract

The Boulder Pines Tract is located in the Liberty community of Greene County. The tract has double road frontage on Veazey Rd (approx. 1.2 miles) and Flatrock Rd (approx. 1.2 miles). The timber consists of well-managed planted pines and hardwoods. 195 acres are in 30 + year old planted pines. A large creek crosses through the property and there are numerous boulders and rock outcrops in the hardwoods overlooking the creek.
