The Boyd Ranch comes with a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a spacious back porch set up perfectly to enjoy the South Texas sunset in the evenings. A 3 sided barn is also located on the property which is perfect for vehicle or machine storage to protect them from the elements. 2 small cabins are situated near the home that both have running water and electricity. The enclosed barn and shed are also within an arms reach of the home. The Boyd Ranch also has a set of cattle pens located on the property. All of which are supplied water from a water well drilled on the  property.

Wildlife:

The wildlife on the ranch consists  of Whitetail Deer, Feral Hogs, Rio Grande Turkeys, as well as migratory birds such as Dove. The ranch is an all round hunters dream spot, with great variety among species and native low fence genetics for the deer. The property has had zero hunting pressure on it, a minimum number of animals have been taken off it making it a safe haven for the animals that call it home. Surrounding neighbors are on the same page about the management of the wildlife to ensure the best possible hunting for everyone in the area.

Electricity is ran from CR 349 North/ North East up to the house and other improvements.

Habitat:

Wildlife habitat consists of native brush such as, Honey Mesquite trees, Plains Yucca, Blackbrush, Whitebrush, other woody species; and native grasses like, California Cotton Top, Texas Winter Grass, Big Bluestem, Little Bluestem, and several introduced species.
