Brachfield Timber Tract

Heavily wooded land 5.5 miles southeast of Henderson on FM 840. This would make a great timber investment with immediate income available. The timber has not been cut on this land for over 25 years. There is 850 ft. of frontage on FM 840 and another 1000 ft. frontage on CR 355. The deer and hog hunting is excellent. There are a couple of wet weather creeks that cross the property.
