Terms of Auction: Earnest Money deposit of 10% is required day of Auction upon entering into Real Estate Purchase Agreement. Earnest money is non-refundable and will be applied to the purchase price on the day of closing, in approximately 30 days. Buyers must have financing secured prior to this auction; this property sells without any contract Contingencies. Seller will furnish Title Insurance at their expense; 2017 & all prior years taxes are paid by the Seller. Possession granted at closing.
