Water/Mineral Rights & Natural Resources

The ranch holds two groundwater permits allowing for three wells; only one well has been developed, producing approximately 500 GPM through an 18 mainline that irrigates the pasture ground. This permit has been extended until 2036, providing an opportunity to develop two additional wells.

With strong & stable water rights, the property provides exceptional surface water, ground water, stock water and a man-made pond further supporting the ranch’s operational flexibility.

The property is not part of the U. S. Reclamation project, Cabin Creek flows into Swan Lake, a closed basin, which is not a tributary of the Lost or Klamath Rivers.
