Eighty (80) rectangular acres of gently sloped quiet woodlands above the Applegate River twenty minutes south of Grants Pass, Oregon. It consists of two square legal parcels of 40 acres each. In 2021 Seller obtained approval from the Josephine County Planning Department for dwellings on each parcel, but did not build any homes. The permits are now expired, but Seller expects that, since permits were previously granted, new permits could be obtained.
