Dawson Feeders

Dawson Feeders is an operating commercial cattle feed yard. Permits in place for 17,000 head and pens & bunk will currently feed 13,500 head. Dry roll mill plus 2 bunkers for distillers or other feed. Pipe and cable, pipe and panels for fence. In addition to the feed yard there are 220 +/- acres of irrigated farmland and a new 1/4 mile pivot. Over $1 million spent last year updating and lining the lagoons. Other buildings include Processing Barn, Shop, Machine Shed, Truck Barn, Two houses and other smaller buildings. All rolling stock, including feed trucks, rubber tire loaders and tractors, go with the sale. All other shop tools and equipment need to operate the yard are also included in the sale.
