Eason Ranch

Eason Ranch spans an impressive 10,880 total acres in central New Mexico, consisting of 10,240 deeded acres and 640 acres of State Lease. Seventeen sections form a rare large-scale holding that operates as a productive cattle ranch while offering outstanding big game hunting across two Game Management Units. Ten sections lie within GMU 18, and seven-including the State Lease-fall in GMU 38, providing valuable hunting flexibility for elk, mule deer, oryx, and trophy pronghorn.

Broad rolling grasslands, scattered pinon-juniper, and expansive high plains views define the landscape. Strong native forage, dependable well water, and established pasture infrastructure support a sustainable working livestock operation.
