Exchange is a historic waterfront plantation situated in the prestigious Plantersville District of Georgetown County on the banks of the Pee Dee River. The property traces its roots to a 1735 Land Grant from King George II. Neighboring plantations include Chicora Wood, Breakwater, Rosebank, Hasty Point, Glenmore and Arundel.
