The Fourway Gin has no shortage of productive structures critical for proper operation. The main building is 20,800 sqft and was constructed in 2018. The prior main gin building still stands on the property and covers 9,092 sqft. The new building was constructed after a fire started in the barn, and the new current barn was built. The seller believes this older barn can be re-skinned and used as a seed barn. In addition to these main two structures, there is another 12,220 sqft of various barn and storage structures on the property that are either currently being used or can be utilized in the future.
