a.The ranch can be accessed approximately twelve miles east of Santa Rosa, New Mexico on Interstate Highway 40 to Exit #284 thence north from Interstate Highway 40 across the railroad tracks and immediately east into the southwest corner of the ranch. d.The ranch is watered by three wells thought to be approximately 100-150 in depth with water being pumped by two windmills and one submersible electric motor and pump in the well at the headquarters together with many earthen dams (dirt tanks in Texas).

e.Improvements at the headquarters consist of one older home of stone construction with metal roof, one shop building of stone construction, one barn/saddle house of stone construction, one set of steel pens and a loading/unloading chute of wood construction.
